Hiring an amateur cleaner generally requires you to find a housekeeper, verify their background, train them, and provide all the supplies for cleaning. You have to manage, supervise, and pay their payroll taxes. Immaculate Cleaning Company takes these responsibilities out of your hands. We thoroughly screen our cleaning technicians and perform background checks. We are fully insured. We know how to successfully and efficiently tackle any type of job. We’ve seen it all! We know what supplies work best and we have mastered training our employees to do the same. We have a long proved system of success for residential and commercial cleaning services.

Are your housekeepers employees or subcontractors?
Our Cleaning Techs are employees. They are thoroughly screened and trained by an experienced Training Manager.
Do you do background checks & thorough screening?
Absolutely. Quality employees are the cornerstone of our company. We take our time hiring and training our cleaning technicians. They represent us.
Are my things safe with your employees?
We conduct criminal background checks on every prospective employee, we verify job history, and conduct employment verifications. Our outstanding record of quality hiring and our low employee turnover make us one of the safest services worthy of your trust. We rank safety and security at the top of our business priorities.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No! You can cancel any time you wish. You’ll only sign our non-compete agreement and on-time payment commitment when you hire us.
Are you insured?
Yes we are insured.
When do I pay for the service?
At the time of service. You can leave a check on the counter.
What day and time will you show up to clean?
We clean homes Monday through Fridays between 9:00 and 5:00 p.m. We strive to arrive around the same time with an hour window.
We clean offices in the evening after business hours and on the weekends.
Do I have to be home during service?
No. Most of our home cleaning clients are not and give us a garage code or a key and their alarm code. Our employees are carefully screened and trained.
Who provides the chemicals & equipment?
We use our own supplies and equipment.
After many years of experience we know what chemicals work best. Our equipment is sturdy and well maintained for the most efficient and best results.
Do I have to do anything to prepare for my cleaning?
For our residential cleaning services we only ask that your home is picked up and ready to be cleaned. This allows us to focus more on the task of cleaning.
Do you provide a warranty?
We thrive to provide you with the highest service quality. If for some reason we do not meet your expectation, let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment, and we will happily do our best to make it right by re-cleaning any area that you are not satisfied with.
What is your cancellation policy?
Immaculate Cleaning schedules the cleaning staff in advance, thus a last-minute cancellation and lockouts affect our employees’ livelihood. A last-minute cancellation fee will be applied to cover their lost time and wages as they depend on this income to support their families. We kindly ask for at least a 24 hour notice of a change in your plans. The more notice the better. We always strive to make a change rather than cancel. We understand this is not always possible.
